Uninsured Services

Some services are not covered by OHIP, such as Doctor's Notes and filling out forms. Please see below for a list of common uninsured services and the suggested fee as per the OMA. Dr. Zou uses this list when charging patients, however, the fee will also depend on the amount of time and work goes into the form. This is not an extensive list, so please ask reception for any clarification you may need.

Ear Syringing is no longer covered under OHIP. There is a $25 fee for ear syringing.

Dr. Zou does not sign for passport documents.

For payment, We accept cash (exact only, change is NOT kept in office), cheque, debit card, credit card and e- transfer.

We ask payment for invoices be made within 30 days.
